Worthington United in Dialogue

diversity2

The City of Worthington is committed to participating in a thoughtful dialogue with the community as we all work to address and eradicate racism and inequity. The City is receiving a number of questions about our policies and initiatives and we have created this online space to be transparent and make information widely available. The following pages contain comprehensive information to help answer your questions regarding police training, use of body cameras, and other topics such as implicit bias, crisis intervention and de-escalation, and use of force. Additional information and resources are provided about City actions, initiatives and resources already in place to address issues of discrimination and equity.

We are committed to being thoughtful, transparent and accurate. We value this dialogue with Worthington citizens as we work together to assure our community is a place that all people feel safe and welcome.
