Registration Information

This information was available to participants before the
Bicentennial Wagon Train's departure.
1. Registration will be limited to 130 riders per day on wagons provided by the Ohio Bicentennial Commission.
2. Participants may register for any number of days, from one day to the 24 days it will take the train to cover the entire route. Note: Two additional days are set aside for rest days for the animals and staff and will not be travel days.
3. The fee to ride on a wagon provided by the Ohio Bicentennial Commission is $25 per day per rider, including adults and children. This fee covers travel on the wagon train and three meals per day. 4. There are separate registration fees and forms/releases for persons who plan to participate with their own wagons (Click here to download Form B) or plan to ride their own horses or walk with the wagon train (Click here for Form C). Because of liability issues, all persons, regardless of how they plan to participate, must be registered in advance of the first day of departure.
5. Registration will be conducted by mail only. You will not be registered until a check and all registration forms/releases are signed and received. Please include an e-mail address to be used to send confirmation and updates to registrants. Those without e-mail addresses will be mailed information.
6. To register for the wagon train by mail, send completed registration form with full payment of fees to Ohio/Worthington Bicentennial Wagon Train, Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 N. High St. Worthington, OH 43085. Make checks payable to the City of Worthington.
7. Deadline to register is Monday, June 16. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no on-site registration. All registrations must be completed by June 16.8. Any registration requests that are received after the daily registration limit has been reached will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are received. Registrants will be notified they are on a waiting list.
9. For individuals who wish to be included in the same wagon, registrations should be sent in the same envelope.
10. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to June 16. After June 16, each refund is at the discretion of the sponsors and will depend on the demand for space.

Please print out the forms, complete and mail in with your payment to register. Everyone who plans to travel in any way with the Bicentennial Wagon Train must register in advance by June 16, 2003. No on-site registration will be accepted.
