The Village Talks...
Inaugural Lectures in the Literary Arts, Education and Religion
When James Kilbourne and the Scioto Company stepped foot on the land that would become Worthington, they had a vision -- to create a community deeply rooted in the values of education, religion and lifelong learning. One of their first orders of business was to establish a school, church and library on the Village Green. 200 years later, Worthington remains a vibrant community, strong in its commitment to these values. Informative and provocative, the three-part Village Talks lectureships feature notable speakers reflecting on these issues and their impact on our lives today.
