Municipal Planning Commission and
Architectural Review Board

The Municipal Planning Commission and Architectural Review Board meet on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Worthington Municipal Building. The Commission performs a variety of functions related to planning and zoning activities in the City. In addition to their other functions, the five member Commission serves as the Architectural Review Board with the addition of two persons, one of whom must be a resident freeholder of the Architectural Review District. The MPC hears applications for conditional use permits, recommends to City Council on rezoning, subdivision and development plan requests; recommends Master Plan updates and amendments to the zoning map and ordinances to City Council; and performs interpretations of the Planning and Zoning Code. For information on any of these activities, please contact the Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, or call (614) 436-3100.
