Planning and Zoning

In order to facilitate convenient and streamlined coordination of planning, zoning and development issues, as well as applications to the Architectural Review Board, Municipal Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, these services are now being handled in one location through the Worthington Engineering Department.

As of Thursday, July 29th, the planning and zoning office of Development Coordinator Lynda Bitar is  located at the Worthington Engineering Department, 374 Highland Avenue.
