Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the General Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Amount of $40,000.00 to Provide for Additional Salt and Chemical Purchases and Declaring an Emergency.
Accepting Easements Across Lot Number 1 of the McConnell Arts Center Subdivision for Purposes of Providing Water Service, Permitting Construction of an Exterior Stairway, Establishing a “No Build Zone” for Fire Separation Purposes and Establishing a “Right of Entry” Across Lot 1 for Construction Access as Required for Construction of the Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center of Worthington (Project Number 449-99)
