Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Amount of $13,000.00 to Provide for the Purchase of Radio Equipment Upgrades in the Communications Center.
Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund Unappropriated Balance to Provide for the High Street Tree Restoration and Replacement Project. (Project No. 542-07)
To Repeal Current Chapter 759 “Regulation of Food Establishments” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington and in its Place to Enact New Chapter 759 “Licensed Facility Public Health Information Signage Requirements” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington to Require Posting of a Public Health Information Sign by Licensed Facilities and Specify the Manner of Posting.
Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation From the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Amount of $3,906.00 to Pay the Annual Debt Service Associated with the OPWC Loan Awarded for the ADA Handicap Ramp Project.
To Amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Worthington, Ohio, to Change Zoning of Certain Land from I-2 General Industrial, to I-1, Restricted Light Industrial. (580 E. Granville Rd.)
