An Ordinance to Revise the Codified Ordinances by Adopting Current Replacement Pages.
Amending Ordinance No. 46-2008 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation From the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Amount of $1,000,000.00 to Pay the Cost of New and Replacement Equipment Item.
Authorizing the Use of a Portion of the Proceeds of Bonds or Bond Anticipation Notes of the City, in the Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $3,500,000 to be Issued for the Purpose of Financing the 2010-2011 Capital Improvement Program Including Street and Utility System Improvements, Acquiring Fire and EMS Equipment with Related Improvements and Appurtenances, and Other Municipal Capital Improvement Projects Throughout the City, to Reimburse the City’s General or Permanent Improvement Fund for Moneys Previously Advanced for Such Purpose.
