Amending Ordinance No. 46-2008 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance To Pay the Cost of Resurfacing Olentangy River Road within the Corporate Limits, Linworth Road from the South Corporate Limit to Cambria Court and Godown Road within the Corporate Limits and all Related Expense and Determining to Proceed with said Project.
