To Authorize and Direct the City Manager to Execute Final Findings and Orders of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Related to the Sanitary System of the City of Worthington, Ohio.
To Amend Existing Sections 1701.01, 1701.15 and 1703.01 of the Taxation Code (Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington).
Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the General Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Amount of $25,500.00 to Provide for the Purchase of Additional Road Salt and Declaring an Emergency.
