The Convention & Visitors Bureau of Worthington has a qualified and knowledgeable staff ready to introduce you to our city and assist you with selecting a site conducive to your meeting needs. Once you choose your site in Worthington we will work to assure a productive and successful meeting or retreat.

Meeting Planning

We will work with your group from start to finish to insure a successful meeting in the greater Worthington area. Worthington has over 3000 hotel rooms available with several hotels providing first-class convention and meeting facilities.

We will assist you in selecting the perfect meeting facility for your group by providing a list of available sites or by sending a lead sheet to all sites conducive to your meeting needs and asking them to respond to you with a proposal. We are also happy to take you on a site inspection of the possible meeting facilities and the Worthington area to better acquaint you with all Worthington has to offer.

The Convention &Visitors Bureau of Worthington will provide visitor brochures to your attendees to make their visit to our area as enjoyable as possible. We also provide the meeting planner with a list of members and the services they offer to better serve your meeting needs. Restaurant guides and retail shopping guides are also available.

Tour Planning

We will work with you to plan the perfect tour of the greater Worthington area. There are a variety of activities to choose from for all ages and interests.

The bureau staff can assist you in planning your itinerary based on your group and their interests and the time available. This itinerary can include sight seeing, restaurants and shopping. Please review our list of attractions, restaurants, hotels and shopping to acquaint you with Worthington and all it has to offer.

We can arrange for a step-on guide to welcome your group and give an overview of Worthington or we have members who provide guided service for the day.
