Lieutenant Michael P. Dougherty

Lieutenant Dougherty began his career with the Division of Police in 1973. He was promoted to sergeant in 1983 and to lieutenant in 1999. He is a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff & Command.
Lieutenant Dougherty is responsible for overseeing:

Lieutenant James R. Mosic
Bureau Commander – Patrol Operations
Lieutenant Mosic began his career with the Division of Police in 1984 after graduating from the Ohio State University with a degree in criminology. He was promoted to sergeant in 1994 and lieutenant in 2009. He is a graduate of the 183rd session of the FBI national Academy and Northwestern University School of Staff and Command.
Lieutenant Mosic is responsible for overseeing:

· Reserve Police Officer Program
