Division of Building Regulation
Below are links to online permit applications for the Division of Building Regulation. The process is the same but the forms and fees differ depending on whether the project involves a one-, two- or three- family building (1-, 2-, 3- family and the 2019 Residential Code of Ohio) or a four or more family, commercial or industrial building ( all others and the 2017 Ohio Building Code) or if the project simply requires a Certificate of Compliance. City Clerk
Effective 10/27/2021 - The fees for Block Party and Garage Sale permits have been eliminated and online permit applications have been created to apply for those permits. Paper copies of permit applications may be obtained and submitted at City Hall.
For more information on Garage Sales or Block Party permits, call (614) 436-3100 or send an email to clerk@worthington.org.

Planning and Zoning
Below you will find links to online applications for the Division of Planning. When you click on an application, you will be directed to the new online portal. In order to apply and submit, you will need to create an account first. Once the account is created, you will be directed back to the application. After you submit the application, an invoice will be e-mailed to you on how to pay the fee.
