Sealed bids for the City of Worthington Firehouse & Municipal Building Roof Replacement Project Number: 648-17/632-16 shall have been received, either electronically through the Bid Express process (preferred) or by paper submission, by the bid opening time of June 27, 2018 at 12:00 noon EST.

Paper bids shall be submitted to the City Manager of the City of Worthington, Ohio, at the offices of the City Manager, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. All paper bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and the Bid Express electronic bid results will be unsealed and read aloud.

Description of Project:

The scope of work is roofing replacement and roofing improvements to the Worthington Firehouse and the Worthington Municipal Building. The scope of work includes the tear-off and replacement of the existing roofing systems, roof insulation, and cosmetic repairs to ancillary structures such as cupolas and dormers ; wood decking. Additional scope includes the replacement and painting of associated wood trim and siding on cupolas and dormers.
